Young Writers Philippines believes that the young generation is capable of creating the most brilliant ideas. The community fully encourages writers to start at an early age. Our goal is to create a routine for young writers, for writing cannot be learned overnight; it must be gradually explored and never neglected.
Schools teach writing but not substantially. They may have learned the basics, but other aspects of writing cannot be taught. Young Writers Philippines aims to teach them how to write with their own voice and start with that.

We understand the importance in creating the writer. We want young writers to find their voice and use that to steer their writing. Copying another author’s “style” for any reason is something that will never work.
